Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a pump truck?
Sign in to the BookAPump app, select a truck type, and fill out the booking form with your job site details, pour date, and concrete provider. You can also use the voice booking feature to fill in details by speaking naturally.
How do I check the status of my request?
Go to "My Requests" in the app to see all your service requests and their current status. You'll also receive push notifications when your request status changes.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app. Go to your Profile or Settings screen and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your personal information. Service request records will be kept but your personal details will be removed from them. You can also request account deletion by emailing support@bookapump.com.
I'm a pumping company. How do I get started?
